When contacting us you will speak with an experienced person who knows very well the villas as well as what each destination has to offer. By understanding your needs and expectations, we will be able to propose you the most suitable options that really meet your holidays’ criteria.
Think of us as your Personal Travel Assistant and you will really enjoy the safety and comfort of being able to reach us at all times. Our role is to respond to your requests, anticipate your other needs and, in time, get to know your tastes and preferences.
We will handle every planning aspect of your holiday, and can tailor all of the travel, staffing and logistical aspects to your specifications, ensuring that everything will be ready, just as you asked, by the time you are met by our Friendly staff upon arrival at our Check in office .
Right after your booking is confirmed, you will receive an Oceanview Guest Preferences form, where you can let us know of everything that you would like us to arrange before your arrival. There is practically no limit to what we can arrange for you. From luxury rental cars, Harley Davidson Motorcycles airport transfers to beauty treatments and personal trainers, or a birthday party for that special day of your daughter! Our Resort Manager will visit you at your villa 24 hours after arrival once you have settled in, she will be on hand at all times of the day to assist you with everything you may need.
You will never feel alone during your stay with us, except when you want to, of course.
Our concierge staff are locals in the resorts, many times having spent many years there. They are chosen not only for their intimate knowledge of the resort, but also for their ability to identify interesting events and activities for each guest and they are encouraged to be proactive.
They can of course advise you about which is the hottest restaurant in town, but also which beach to go to when a strong wind is blowing, inform you about local events that are not meant for tourists, or arrange with the local fisherman to take you fishing with him the next morning!
